Homunculus

 

When Mimi's toxic relationship with Clay comes crashing to an end, her haplessly devoted assistant Bootbutt is tasked with crafting an effigy of her now-ex. This task ignites a chain of love-crossed folly, rife with mistaken identity, sorcery, and the very act of creation itself.

 

Rarely leaving Mimi’s living room and the adjacent closet, Homunculus relies heavily on the flexibility of light, the set, and performance to bring the audience through its narrative.
